At Nora the Cleaning Lady LLC, our work has always been rooted in one simple belief:

A home should take care of you the way you take care of everything else, But for many people, it doesn’t. I didn’t build this business just from a background in cleaning, I built it from an understanding of service.

True service anticipates needs, It pays attention to detail, It creates ease without asking, and hospitality takes it a step further.

Over the past 16 years, working in homes across the Richmond metropolitan area, I began to notice a pattern. People weren’t just overwhelmed by their schedules, they were overwhelmed by their environments. Spaces felt heavy. Routines felt rushed.

Homes no longer felt like a place to reset and I realized, people didn’t just need help maintaining their homes, they needed someone to restore them.
